About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery
- Lead training, performance, and development within services
- Minimise risk and manage safety in services
- Travel to various services to provide leadership and program delivery
- Participate in recruitment drives and operational projects
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Children’s Services) or 2 years of full-time relevant study
- Experience in a leadership position working with children
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- Current driver's license
- Experience working with children in a group environment
- Availability for split shifts (7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm) or block shifts (9:00am-5:00pm) Monday to Friday
