About the role
Responsibilities
- Create exciting, engaging experiences for primary school children in OSHC programs
- Supervise morning shifts (6:00am–9:00am) and afternoon shifts (2:00pm–6:00pm) during school terms
- Support children's development through play-based activities and programs
- Ensure child safety and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
- Genuine love for working with children
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with leadership aspirations
- Valid Australian work rights
- National police check (or willingness to obtain)
- State working-with-children check
- Relevant qualification in children's services, or currently completing one (per ACECQA guidelines)
