About the role
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Support children's development through play in engaging environments
- Work primarily across Stay and Play afternoon shifts (2:00pm - 6:00pm)
- Perform Rise then Shine morning shifts (7:00am - 9:00am) as required
- Provide care during school holiday programs when available
Requirements
- Completed approved qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA (ACECQA)
- Previous experience working with children
- State working-with-children check
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- Australian working rights
- Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
