About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Support children's development through play in engaging environments
  • Work primarily across Stay and Play afternoon shifts (2:00pm - 6:00pm)
  • Perform Rise then Shine morning shifts (7:00am - 9:00am) as required
  • Provide care during school holiday programs when available

Requirements

  • Completed approved qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA (ACECQA)
  • Previous experience working with children
  • State working-with-children check
  • Ability to obtain a national police check
  • Australian working rights
  • Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
