OSHC Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging before and after school care programs for primary school children at Narrabeen Lakes
• Supervise and participate in play-based activities including sports, arts, crafts, and social games
• Ensure child safety and wellbeing during morning (6:00am–9:00am) and afternoon (2:00pm–6:00pm) shifts
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Pick up extra hours during school holidays as available

Requirements

• Genuine love for working with children
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with leadership aspirations
• Valid Australian work rights
• National police check and state working-with-children check (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant qualification in children’s services or working toward one per ACECQA guidelines
