About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Lead and mentor a team of passionate Educators
- Take full ownership of team rosters and day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance and handle administrative tasks
- Foster an environment of teamwork and growth
Requirements
- Natural leadership skills with experience guiding teams
- State working-with-children check
- National police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
- Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
