About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
  • Lead and mentor a team of passionate Educators
  • Take full ownership of team rosters and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure compliance and handle administrative tasks
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and growth

Requirements

  • Natural leadership skills with experience guiding teams
  • State working-with-children check
  • National police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Australian working rights
  • Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
