About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program including STEM, sport, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
- Build a positive and inclusive team culture for Educators
- Partner with families, school communities, and internal stakeholders to grow the service
Requirements
- Relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD (or working towards it)
- National Child Safety Training completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Australian work rights
