About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program including STEM, sport, cooking, and arts and crafts
  • Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
  • Build a positive and inclusive team culture for Educators
  • Partner with families, school communities, and internal stakeholders to grow the service

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD (or working towards it)
  • National Child Safety Training completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Australian work rights
