About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Own team rostering, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle administrative tasks
- Foster teamwork and growth among educators with support from regional managers and a dedicated office team
Requirements
- Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- National police check (hold or be willing to obtain) and state working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Working towards or completed a relevant diploma or higher qualification as per ACECQA
