OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
• Own team rostering, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle administrative tasks
• Foster teamwork and growth among educators with support from regional managers and a dedicated office team

Requirements

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• National police check (hold or be willing to obtain) and state working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• Working towards or completed a relevant diploma or higher qualification as per ACECQA
