About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead before- and after-school care programs for children aged 5-12 in the Churchlands area
- Develop and deliver dynamic, child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
- Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Mentor and guide a team of Educators in a safe, engaging environment
Requirements
- ACECQA-recognised qualification (WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator)
- State working-with-children check
- National police check or willingness to obtain
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Natural leadership ability and passion for working with children
