OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead before- and after-school care programs for children aged 5-12 in the Churchlands area
• Develop and deliver dynamic, child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Mentor and guide a team of Educators in a safe, engaging environment

Requirements

• ACECQA-recognised qualification (WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator)
• State working-with-children check
• National police check or willingness to obtain
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• Natural leadership ability and passion for working with children
