About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dedicated Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
- Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance and foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
Requirements
- WA First Qualified Educator qualification (in accordance with ACECQA)
- State working-with-children check
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- Australian working rights
- Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
- Natural leadership skills and experience guiding teams
