OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dedicated Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
• Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance and foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

Requirements

• WA First Qualified Educator qualification (in accordance with ACECQA)
• State working-with-children check
• Ability to obtain a national police check
• Australian working rights
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
• Natural leadership skills and experience guiding teams
