OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of educators in a before- and after-school care program for children aged 5-12
• Develop and deliver engaging, child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with child safety standards and organisational policies

Requirements

• Relevant ACECQA qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA
• State working-with-children check and national police check (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian working rights
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
• Natural leadership ability and experience guiding a team
