Requirements

About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of passionate Educators in delivering before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12
- Design and oversee a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts
- Manage the team roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
- Foster an environment of teamwork, growth, and child safety
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma qualification as per ACECQA
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Australian work rights
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-player mindset
