OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of passionate Educators in delivering before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12
• Design and oversee a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts
• Manage the team roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Foster an environment of teamwork, growth, and child safety

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma qualification as per ACECQA
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• Australian work rights
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-player mindset
