OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of passionate Educators in a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
• Create and deliver a dynamic, child-centered program with activities in STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Foster a positive team environment and build strong relationships with families and the school community

Requirements

• VIC Diploma-level qualification (working towards or completed) relevant to OSHC
• State working-with-children check and national police check (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• Natural leadership ability with experience guiding a team
