OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Educators at St Bernadette’s Catholic OSHClub
• Oversee before- and after-school care programs (Rise then Shine and Stay and Play)
• Create and deliver dynamic, child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children aged 5–12

Requirements

• Natural leader with experience guiding a team
• WA First Qualified Educator qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• State working-with-children check
• National police check (or willingness to obtain; cost covered)
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
