About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate before- and after-school care programs (Rise then Shine and Stay and Play) for children aged 5-12
  • Create and deliver dynamic, child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
  • Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive

Requirements

  • ACECQA-recognised qualification (WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator)
  • National police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • State working-with-children check
  • Australian working rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
