OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators in a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
• Design and deliver a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on growth and development

Requirements

• Natural leadership skills with a passion for guiding and developing others
• National police check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid state working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
