About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
- Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
- Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework, National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and school stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a childcare or educational setting
- WA First Qualified Educator qualification (ACECQA compliant)
- State working-with-children check
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- Australian working rights
- Completion of National Child Safety Training
