OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
• Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework, National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and school stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a childcare or educational setting
• WA First Qualified Educator qualification (ACECQA compliant)
• State working-with-children check
• Ability to obtain a national police check
• Australian working rights
• Completion of National Child Safety Training
