About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
- Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture and guide a team of passionate Educators
- Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to drive service growth
Requirements
- Working towards or completed a relevant ACECQA 2 Year Qualified Educator qualification for QLD
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian work rights
- Strong leadership and communication skills
