OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
• Oversee rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture and guide a team of passionate Educators
• Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to support service growth

Requirements

• Working towards or completed a relevant ACECQA qualification for a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Australian work rights
• Strong leadership and communication skills
