Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program including STEM, sport, cooking, and arts
  • Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
  • Build and lead a positive, inclusive team culture for Educators
  • Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in a relevant field or two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
  • Proven experience in OSHC and a leadership role
  • National Child Safety Training completion
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Australian work rights
