About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program including STEM, sport, cooking, and arts
- Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
- Build and lead a positive, inclusive team culture for Educators
- Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma qualification in a relevant field or two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Proven experience in OSHC and a leadership role
- National Child Safety Training completion
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Australian work rights
