OSHC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
• Create and deliver a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
• Manage rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative duties
• Foster a safe, engaging environment that supports child development through play

Requirements

• Diploma-level qualification (working towards or completed) for VIC OSHC per ACECQA
• Proven leadership ability and experience guiding a team
• National police check and state working-with-children check (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion before onboarding
