About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
- Create and deliver a dynamic, child-centered program including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts
- Manage rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative duties
- Foster a safe, engaging environment that supports child development through play
Requirements
- Diploma-level qualification (working towards or completed) for VIC OSHC per ACECQA
- Proven leadership ability and experience guiding a team
- National police check and state working-with-children check (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion before onboarding
