About the role
Responsibilities
- Help lead and mentor a team of educators onsite
- Manage rosters, service operations, compliance, and administration
- Create child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the community
- Develop skills to progress into future management opportunities
Requirements
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- Valid state working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding
- Studying towards a relevant ACECQA qualification
