About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and help lead a vibrant, child-centred program with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated
- Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure service growth
- Work under the guidance of an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager
Requirements
- Working towards or completed a relevant ACECQA-recognized 2-year qualification for QLD
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Genuine enjoyment of working with children and making a positive impact
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team with aspiration to grow into a leadership role
- National Police Check and Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian work rights
