About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and help lead a vibrant, child-centred program with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, and arts and crafts
  • Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
  • Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated
  • Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure service growth
  • Work under the guidance of an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager

Requirements

  • Working towards or completed a relevant ACECQA-recognized 2-year qualification for QLD
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
  • Genuine enjoyment of working with children and making a positive impact
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team with aspiration to grow into a leadership role
  • National Police Check and Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Australian work rights
