About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and help lead a vibrant, child-centred before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12
- Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture and support educators
- Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to drive service growth
Requirements
- Completed or working towards a Diploma or ACECQA-approved qualification (or 2 years full-time study)
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Availability Monday to Friday for before- and after-school split shifts
- Holds (or willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children check
- Australian work rights with clear communication and teamwork skills
