About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program including STEM, sport, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture for Educators
- Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed or working towards a Diploma in a relevant field
- National Child Safety Training completion
- National Police Check and Working with Children check
- Australian work rights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
