About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program including STEM, sport, cooking, and art
- Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage day-to-day service operations, compliance, and administration
Requirements
- Relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Australian work rights
- National Child Safety Training completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
