OSHC Area Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support services with daily operations and leadership coverage
• Lead and mentor teams of Educators
• Deliver engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities
• Manage compliance, safety, and operational standards
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members
• Support services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes
• Assist with roster management, administration, and program planning

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in a relevant field or two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
• Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, or education
• National Child Safety Training completion
• Current valid Working with Children Check
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services
• Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday
