About the role
Responsibilities
- Support services with daily operations and leadership coverage
- Lead and mentor teams of Educators
- Deliver engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities
- Manage compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members
- Support services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes
- Assist with roster management, administration, and program planning
Requirements
- Diploma qualification in a relevant field or two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, or education
- National Child Safety Training completion
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services
- Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday
- Australian work rights
