OSD Support Services

Responsibilities

• Create custom enterprise-level Operating System Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences using PowerShell, VBScript, WMI, .NET, and XML.
• Assess and validate non-standard hardware and software, including new enterprise MECM OSD products.
• Provide senior-level technical support and troubleshooting for OSD issues in on-premise and MED365 Cloud environments.
• Manage and operate the on-premise ITC environment to ensure system performance and availability.
• Develop ITC processes for establishing testing environments and ensure all changes follow appropriate approval and documentation protocols.
• Distribute and install images and provide current drivers for assigned hardware.

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ or similar certification (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
