Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of components for damage before starting work
• Set up and equip winding machines with necessary materials and tools
• Verify order documents against current production tasks
• Start and monitor the winding process according to specified programs
• Handle machine malfunctions by performing simple troubleshooting or reporting to specialists
• Check component quality, dimensions, and completeness using measuring tools (e.g., lasers, calipers)
• Document all measurement results and perform routine maintenance and cleaning

Requirements

• Initial professional experience working with machines and industrial plants
• Strong technical understanding and ability to perform error analysis
• Manual dexterity and high level of craftsmanship
• Solid knowledge of occupational safety standards
• Flexibility to work within a three-shift system
• Fluency in German and ability to work effectively in a team
