Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones with a positive attitude
• Schedule appointments and maintain office schedule flow
• Collect balances and verify insurance coverage
• Present accurate patient treatment plans and review finance options
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes
• Oversee schedules for staff, doctors, and patients
• Motivate the team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals
• Manage front-office and back-office staff
• Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Orthodontics experience
• Experience with treatment plans
• Insurance verification experience
• Experience with digital practice software

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental management experience
