ORMB Dev Team Lead II

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ORMB feature and project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Drive technical design decisions, conduct code and test reviews, and enforce security practices.
• Manage and mentor the development team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development support.
• Execute agile processes including sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and managing escalations.
• Oversee quality assurance, including test coverage, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Manage resource planning, task allocation, and capacity planning for the team.
• Identify technical risks and cross-team dependencies to implement effective mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ORMB development and team management.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Kafka, AWS, and ETL.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and managing software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes.
• Proficiency with Jira and Jira Align.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Experience driving the adoption of automation and AI tools to improve productivity.
