Responsibilities

• Own transaction execution end-to-end from evaluation through structuring, negotiation, and close
• Lead underwriting and structuring by analyzing transactions and building financial models
• Build and manage durable, trust-based relationships with the client portfolio
• Develop innovative collateral structures to expand delivery capabilities
• Provide insights to engineering to improve underwriting and origination workflows and AI-driven risk tools

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance in the US
• Proven track record in analyzing, structuring, and executing complex transactions
• Proficiency in complex financial modeling and risk allocation
• Deep understanding of credit support structures like letters of credit and surety bonds
• Ability to operate effectively in 0→1 environments and handle ambiguity
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders
