Original Music Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Handle NFL music production library functions including copyright, performance, and mechanical society registrations
• Manage metadata and audio asset deliveries to music distribution and content management systems
• Perform data analysis and income tracking for all NFL-owned copyrights domestically and internationally
• Process royalties and prepare quarterly statements
• Maintain and populate shared internal documents and library data
• Generate music use reporting and cue sheets within internal systems
• Interface with domestic collection agencies, international sub-publishers, composers, and licensees
• Prepare direct licenses and invoice deliveries
• Train and supervise administrative projects for new hires and interns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in Music Publishing or with record labels
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Extensive experience using MS Power BI
• Proficiency in DISCO and various music databases
• Strong understanding of music laws, unions, and industry trends
• Extreme attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Music Industry administration and royalty/income tracking
• Experience working with Music Production Libraries or in Film/TV
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
