Orientation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs for all employees.
• Ensure electronic and required new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with legal requirements.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve onboarding, orientation, and educational initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, communications, and logistics with Recruiting, HR, and hiring managers.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the training facility, including room reservations, setup, and inventory management.
• Maintain facility readiness by ensuring training rooms and common areas remain organized, professional, and well-supplied.
• Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions using adult learning principles.
• Utilize HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support training, reporting, and record management.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in program coordination, employee onboarding, or event management.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating orientation or training programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or LMS technologies.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, presentations, or group sessions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and complex logistics.
