Organizational Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Design and implement Target Operating Models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks
• Conduct organizational assessments and derive actionable recommendations
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and transformation topics
• Coach and support leaders in navigating organizational change and transformation
• Develop and facilitate leadership enablement and capability-building initiatives
• Design frameworks that strengthen cross-functional collaboration
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of transformation initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for leadership teams

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Strategy, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Management Consulting
• Proven experience in organizational design and the development of Target Operating Models
• Demonstrated track record in leadership enablement, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness
• Experience working directly with senior leaders in complex, international organizations
• Business-fluent English skills (German is a plus)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and stakeholder management capabilities
