Organizational Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement field-based behavior change programs to modify operational supervision practices
• Execute experiential training, micro-training, and 1:1 feedback sessions directly in operational zones
• Provide on-site support to supervisors and foremen in high-risk work contexts through structured behavioral observation
• Facilitate safety rituals such as Toolbox talks and Stop Work Authority
• Train internal trainers (train the trainer) within contractor or internal organizations
• Manage multiple operational fronts simultaneously with autonomous field management

Requirements

• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related behavioral sciences
• Minimum 3 years of experience in behavior change programs, operational leadership, or field coaching in high-risk sectors (mining, energy, construction, oil & gas)
• Mandatory proof of experience via work certificates or contracts
• Knowledge of Peruvian Occupational Health and Safety regulations (Ley 29783)
• Proficiency in structured behavioral observation methodologies
• Ability to work in remote areas, camps, and extended work shifts
• Valid B1 driver's license
• Complementary training in coaching, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), or operational leadership
• Active professional registration (Colegiatura)
