About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workforce transformation projects for global clients focusing on Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture, and Talent Management
  • Support the development of industry thought leadership, process metrics benchmarking, and practice methodologies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts and project teams across global locations
  • Contribute to business development activities, including the creation of sales proposals and point-of-view (PoV) documents
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through a robust internal review process

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a full-time MBA/EMBA
  • Proven experience working in a consulting environment on global client projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and advise clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership and culture assessments or organizational change management
  • Ability to analyze data sets to determine key people metrics and identify trends
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and benefits reporting
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and cloud/ERP technologies
