Organizational Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational transformation across the global Controls, Digitalization & Nuclear I&C business
• Lead change management, communication, and organizational development initiatives
• Facilitate workshops with regional, functional, and leadership teams to improve ways of working
• Identify and support lean, simplification, and AI-enabled automation opportunities
• Develop transformation roadmaps and communication strategies with key stakeholders
• Support behavioral and cultural change through collaboration with change agents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in energy, industry, or high-tech
• Proven experience in Lean, Agile, Transformation, or Change Management
• Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Confident, collaborative, and business-minded approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Lean, Agile, SAFe, Coaching, or Change Management
• Experience with AI-based process improvements
• German language skills
