Organizational Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the organizational performance process, ensuring objective and user follow-up across regions
• Generate progress and compliance reports for various stages of the process
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of evaluation and survey results
• Design communications, quick guides, infographics, and support materials for employees and leaders
• Provide support and resolve inquiries for HR teams, leaders, and collaborators

Requirements

• Currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
• Expected graduation date of June 2027 or later
• Availability to work 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday)
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, and basic analysis)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Analytical mindset and creativity for material design
