Organizational Development Expert

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational and process development projects from planning through to implementation to improve business efficiency.
• Visit logistics sites to map out potential development opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform risk analysis, create process maps, conduct cost calculations, and prepare data-driven decision-making materials.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate employee forums.
• Support business leaders through data and process analysis to identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in organizational or process development.
• Proven experience in coordinating small projects or a project-based mindset.
• Proactive attitude and strong initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports, summaries, and basic functions).
• Intermediate level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Visio.
• Experience with Power BI.
