About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead organization diagnostics using structured methodologies to provide insights to senior leaders and HR
- Execute organizational design efforts across various business units, including developing future-state structures and governance models
- Drive change management activities using methodologies like Prosci ADKAR to manage stakeholder impact and resistance
- Facilitate design workshops and decision forums with business leaders to align structures with strategy
- Analyze team and leader effectiveness to design scalable solutions for organizational needs
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management, communication, and training into project lifecycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in organization design, OD, or HR strategy within large, matrixed environments
- Proven experience delivering organization diagnostics and quantitative analysis
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data tools such as Excel or Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, complex environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Experience with team and leader effectiveness initiatives
- Knowledge of behavioral science applications in organizational development
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and advanced data visualization
