Organizational Design & Effectiveness Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead organization diagnostics using structured methodologies to provide insights to senior leaders and HR
• Execute organizational design efforts across various business units, including developing future-state structures and governance models
• Drive change management activities using methodologies like Prosci ADKAR to manage stakeholder impact and resistance
• Facilitate design workshops and decision forums with business leaders to align structures with strategy
• Analyze team and leader effectiveness to design scalable solutions for organizational needs
• Partner with project teams to integrate change management, communication, and training into project lifecycles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in organization design, OD, or HR strategy within large, matrixed environments
• Proven experience delivering organization diagnostics and quantitative analysis
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools such as Excel or Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Experience with team and leader effectiveness initiatives
• Knowledge of behavioral science applications in organizational development
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and advanced data visualization
