Organizational Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational diagnostics considering key ratios such as Span of Control, supervision costs, organizational layers, and management roles.
• Conduct market research to provide insights for Organizational Architecture analysis.
• Collaborate with the Compensation team to suggest Job Architecture improvements.
• Design organizational structures based on client information, market trends, and current organizational capabilities.
• Establish baseline KPIs for redesigned areas and monitor performance, deviations, and organizational movements.
• Update policies related to the design and management of organizational structures.
• Develop organizational processes to ensure efficient segregation of functions during redesigns.
• Partner with internal clients to clarify operating models and document organizational redesigns.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in organizational structures, process mapping, workforce indicator analysis, and organizational transformation.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure methodologies, including Span of Control, hierarchical levels, and management roles.
• Proficiency in Mercer, HAY, or similar methodologies.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HR ERP systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
