Organizational Change Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change leader for enterprise digital transformation programs
• Act as a trusted change advisor for program leadership and end-user communities
• Apply human-centered design and change management principles to transformation efforts
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and messaging
• Coach project teams and local change champions on communication and readiness
• Support senior leaders in communicating priorities and championing adoption
• Surface risks, change barriers, and user concerns to decision-makers
• Develop communications including leadership briefings, readiness assessments, and training content
• Build and manage a network of change agents across departments

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading change management for digital transformation or enterprise systems
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation or enterprise modernization
• Experience leading change management activities for process modernization programs
• Prior DoD or Federal transformation experience (preferred)
• Experience leading OCM for SAP transformations (preferred)
