About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze the Nuevo León and Monterrey markets to identify potential companies and key decision-makers.
- Prospect and generate business appointments through strategic outreach.
- Utilize a consultative selling model to identify organizational needs regarding people development and problem-solving.
- Design and present high-value consulting solutions to drive client competitiveness.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a robust opportunity funnel to meet commercial goals.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-level relationships with C-level executives to ensure client loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with C-Level executives, directors, and managers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
