Organizational Advisor Specialist - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Drive regional commercial goals and ensure the fulfillment of strategic indicators.
• Manage and monitor the commercial sales funnel, including meeting minutes and account management.
• Ensure high-quality CRM data entry and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Integrate information to provide visibility on balances, systems, and commercial/administrative data.
• Analyze market intelligence to identify and execute actions for current and future business opportunities.
• Monitor weekly operational "vital signs," including revenue, portfolio, and sales projections.
• Provide operational support and follow up on weekly commitments with the commercial team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial management and sales follow-up.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform data analysis.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Mastery of information systems and high organizational skills.
