About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on workforce and change priorities to support business transformation and operating model changes
- Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations to develop mitigation and adoption strategies
- Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials and enablement assets
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop presentations and recommendations for client leadership
- Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and agile ways of working
- Contribute to practice development, recruiting, and business development proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, workforce transformation, or organization design
- 8+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans
- 8+ years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization and storytelling
- 6+ years of facilitation experience
- 4+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience leading business development in a consulting or professional services environment
- Ability to travel 50% on average
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment
- Experience leading teams of 3-10 members on human capital strategy projects
- Experience managing multiple client projects from initiation through completion
- Active membership in a human capital professional organization or relevant industry certification
