Organization, Workforce & Change Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on workforce and change priorities to support business transformation and operating model changes
• Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations to develop mitigation and adoption strategies
• Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials and enablement assets
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop presentations and recommendations for client leadership
• Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and agile ways of working
• Contribute to practice development, recruiting, and business development proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, workforce transformation, or organization design
• 8+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans
• 8+ years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization and storytelling
• 6+ years of facilitation experience
• 4+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously
• 2+ years of experience leading business development in a consulting or professional services environment
• Ability to travel 50% on average

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment
• Experience leading teams of 3-10 members on human capital strategy projects
• Experience managing multiple client projects from initiation through completion
• Active membership in a human capital professional organization or relevant industry certification
