About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the management of company headquarters and facilities, including the procurement of office supplies and food.
- Conduct research to identify necessary office supplies and coordinate with the procurement department for purchases.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of all company supplies and oversee warehouse security.
- Manage relationships with service providers and coordinate with Facility Management to ensure regular maintenance and cleaning.
- Handle all logistics and coordination for internal company events.
- Report to the Head of Organizational Capabilities within the Talent and Organizational Capabilities division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an equivalent field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in Administrative Affairs, preferably within the UAE public sector.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and suppliers.
