Responsibilities

• Participate in securing the project lifecycle and deploying best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and enhance solution reliability
• Secure transitions between project phases through documentation and deliverables
• Support project managers and technical teams in using management methods and tools
• Assist in implementing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to the structuring and updating of operational documentation
• Prepare and facilitate management meetings, including project committees and incident follow-ups
• Participate in formalizing lessons learned (REX) and continuous improvement processes
• Support the deployment of quality frameworks across the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a final year of Master's degree (Engineering school, University, or equivalent)
• Specialization in Project Management
• Knowledge of project management and/or IT applied during training
• Strong organizational skills and analytical capacity
• Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills
• Rigor, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset
