Organisational Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change activities including strategy, planning, delivery, and adoption
• Develop and execute change management plans, readiness activities, and transition approaches
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change risks with mitigation plans
• Drive engagement across business, technology, and operational teams
• Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies to support successful implementation
• Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Partner with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs, and business stakeholders
• Support operational readiness and embed new processes, tools, and ways of working
• Track adoption outcomes and provide reporting and insights to program leadership

Requirements

• 6–10 years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years of experience delivering organisational change across complex business and technology environments
• Proven experience leading end-to-end change strategy and impact assessment for large-scale transformations
• Demonstrated experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow environments, including consolidation or platform transformation
• Experience with ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and knowledge management
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
• Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within IT service delivery and knowledge management
