Organics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Organics section is appropriately resourced and maximize the utilization of instruments and staff
• Oversee the scheduling and management of work within the Organics team to achieve target delivery compliance
• Manage compliance with budgets and project deliverables
• Provide leadership, training, and development for Organics staff
• Offer technical support to Client Services regarding holding times, customer queries, and project scopes
• Drive innovation and efficiency through equipment upgrades, method improvements, and the implementation of new technologies and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemistry
• 3 years of laboratory experience
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer focus and supervisory abilities
• Excellent computer literacy and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
